Antique Silver Cross – Saint George
European (Greek Orthodox), c. late 18th-early 19th century AD
An attractive silver pectoral cross with an engraved and incised design of a bearded Saint George with outstretched arms, wearing a robe with six crosses. Inscriptions are in Greek.
The back of this cross is undecorated.
In excellent condition, with nice patina, and an intact suspension loop so that it may be worn.
