Obv: Head of Deified Alexander the Great, right, with Horn of Ammon.

Rev: Athena with Nike, seated left, arm on shield.

Erythrae Mint (Mueller 413). This series by Lysimachos is believed to represent the most accurate portrait of Alexander. (32mm, 16.88gm) 

Lysimachus was a Macedonian officer and diadochus (i.e. ''successor'') of Alexander the Great, who became a basileus (''King'') in 306 BC, ruling Thrace, Asia Minor and Macedon.
