Verso has a six-line historiated initial depicting Zechariah holding a scroll and extending along the left margin with the extender containing two dragon-like creatures facing each other. Recto has a five-line illuminated initial in pink and white on a blue ground with burnished gold interior and extending into the center margin in pink, gold and orange.
This leaf contains Aggeus (Haggai) 2:4 – 24 and Zechariah I – 2:9 ''Quis in vobis est…'' (Who is left among you, that saw this house in its first glory?…Thus saith the Lord of hosts: Turn ye to me, saith the Lord of hosts: and I will turn to you…).
