A bronze Roman Furniture handle complete with retaining pins.
Ancient Roman - circa 1st - 3rd century AD
The cast handle is shaped in the form of two facing dolphins with tridents as tails. The creatures are separated by a banded orb. Fine, deep patina with some spots of corrosion. (40 x 115 mm – 1 ¾ x 4 ½'')
